  12. Poner papel de aluminio cuando se dore la parte superior y cocinar 20- 70 min más. Hasta que la mezcla rebase el molde por arriba
  13. Dejar enfriar la tarta dentro del horno con el horno apagado 4-5 horas.
  14. Dejarla enfriar en nevera cubierta en papel de aluminio una noche
  15. Desmoldar
  16. Ahora vamos a hacer la salsa
  17. Trituramos la fresa y la frambuesa y la colamos
  18. La reducimos a fuego lento y añadimos azúcar para compensar la acidez
